Admission System




1.    The minimum age for admission to Lower Nursery is 3+ years on the 31st May of the year of admission to school, the age for the higher classes will be computed correspondingly.

2.    Admission is open to boys and girls on the basis of merit and availability of seats.

3.    Parents and guardians desiring admission for their wards into Lower Nursery should Obtain the prospectus from the school office on payment of Rs. 200/-

Registration Rule

 The registration /admission form may be printed from the website or obtained from the school admissions office. This form must be completed and sent to the school along with all the documents mentioned on the form to enable the school to process the application. Please ensure that the requisite Registration Fees is sent with the Registration Form failing which the application shall not be processed.

 Entrance Examination

 The school conducts an entrance examination for children seeking admission to SRSSIPS. These entrance examinations are conducted well before the commencement of the new academic session. The dates on which these entrance examinations will be conducted are communicated well in advance by the school admissions office to the parents of children seeking admission. Offers for admissions will be made on the basis of the results of these examinations and will depend on the number of vacancies in each class.

Document requirement


a) Transfer Certificate is not required for admission up to std. I. Only birth certificate from the Municipality or Panchayat will be accepted.

b) Transfer Certificate from the previous school is a ‘must’ for admission to Std. II and above.The school issuing such certificates should be recognised by the Government or Board. The Certificate issued should be countersigned by the District Inspector of schools or Circle Inspector of School or the Director of Public Instruction of Schools.

c) Attested copies of mark sheet showing the performance of the student in the previous class

Should be submitted along with the application.

d) Four stamp size colour photographs of the student.

e) Medical fitness certificate

Admission Procedure


Admission test and interviews are conducted at the campus and few selected centers in India. We take admission from play centre but for boarders we take admission from class III onwards.


·    Students are selected for admission on the basis of a written test in English, Mathematics & Science based on the general standard of CBSE followed by an interview.





•     Parents/Guardians must accompany the child seeking admission



1.      Transfer Certificate, will be issued only on submission of a written application, from the parent or guardian submitted at least one month before the last date of attending school.


2.      The new destination and the reason for leaving, is to be mentioned in application.


3.      Fees for the month in which the student leaves will have to be paid including bus fees ( if bus service availed) .Even if a student attends a single day of any month, fees for that month has to be paid along with the bus fees [ if busservice availed]


4.      Annual Miscellaneous Charges will have to be paid in full.


5.      If a student has not attended any class during the session the security deposit of the student will be forfeited if the letter of withdrawal is submitted to the school in the second or subsequent quarters



6.      T. C. will be not be issued unless all the dues of the school are settled.
