Yoga for well-being- 

A typical day in the life of an SRSSIPan begins with a morning dose of healing Surya Namaskars. A compulsory 30- minute session of yoga helps kick start the day with a positive frame of mind. Students are told about the therapeutic benefits of this ancient art of maintaining holistic balance of body, mind and spirit





·     Judo for defence- 

     In modern times, the most important gift we can bequeath on our children is the skill to cope with challenges ahead of them. All the Students at SRSSIPS train in Judo, the Japanese art of self-defence so that their education prepares them in survival techniques.
